Deloitte has chosen Ways to provide its new business and document management system for its Swedish tax department. The idea behind the new system is to completely digitalise management of its client assignments, cases and documents with the objective of creating better order, making the work more efficient, and facilitating some 200 employees’ daily work.
It’s important to have a total solution that covers our daily need to manage client assignments, cases, and documents. At the same time we want to refine our skills and experience and the system will give birth to our CM database. Deloitte’s choice of Ways to provide its new case and document management system is proof that we have a strong solution in our Ways Document Manager product, at the same time as they see our expertise and experience of delivering solutions, says Ways CEO Per Rolder.
The business and document management system is based on Ways Document Manager, which in turn is based on Microsoft SharePoint. The solution simplifies introduction, reduces costs and is at the same time easy for Deloitte to use and administrate. The project began in September 2014 and is due to be completed in March 2015.
